This laptop stand is composed of a small unit called a gyroid, which is tiled in all three directions. Beyond making for a nearly indestructable stand (it can support over 100 kg) it has fascinating optics: viewed from certain angles, it looks nearly hollow, while from others, it appears almost completely solid.
